This literally tastes like an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie!
1/4 cup oatmeal made with 1/2 c milk
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
2 tbsp sweetened, shredded coconut
Paired with one large egg and it's a very satisfying 300 calorie breakfast!
I would love to see how you make your oatmeal! Share your recipes please. 🙂
I like overnight oatmeal because I can make up a weeks worth of breakfast in around 15 minutes. I get most of my recipes from My Whole Food Life

Best AnswerI just tried this recipe for overnight oatmeal that doesn't require cooking - just warm it in the morning.
I modified it a bit, but it was really quite good. I love oatmeal so just a little spice is fine with me, but my husband is not a fan of it however he liked this version. Give it a try!
