I eat dates when I get get sugar cravings. Sometimes I stuff them with almonds. I always buy pitted dates. It doesn't take too many to get over the craving. Also, I drink Stash Licorice Tea. It satisfies my sweet tooth.

Depending on the season, I would say grapes, oranges, berries or cherries. They're all pretty sweet to satisfy a sugar craving. For a shelf-stable snack, then look at dried fruits like dried apricots or cherries and raisins.
