Pre-defined Meal Plan

Would anyone be willing to share a vegetarian meal plan that worked out. I work out 3 times a week. HIIT workouts at the gym. I am looking forward to reduce tummy fat. Any help is appreciated. My problem is having a decent meal plan. I consume more carbs via rice.

Unfortunately there is no way to spot reduce a particular place. You can for sure improve the appearance of an area by building muscle, but age, genetics, skin elasticity all play a role in how we look. I am not saying don't work towards the goal, just be realistic in expected results. As for meal planning, there are so many recipes out there, you can cook something different everyday for a month. The trick to is figure out what you like, what is available to you at the market and go from there. Be sure to eat your colors so you get the most nutrition from your meal and include protein in some form as much as you can. Muscle needs it to grow
