It really doesnt matter what time you eat as long as you stay with in your calorie limit.
I myself cant eat that late as it would keep me awake. But if it doesnt bother you that it should not be a problem.

I specifically leave calories to have a snack before bedtime. I know I'm going to want something, so I leave the calories available for it. Every now and then I'll have a very late dinner, although this is more because of time and schedule than anything else. Neither has affected my ability to lose weight.
