BULK OR CUT? SCARED OF COMPROMISING MY HEALTH GOING 1000 CALS A DAY BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE I HAVE I THINK 20% bodyfat(visceral fat!) im not fat upper body , all images are from same day, first is fully let everything hang prewo, rest is postworkout flexed, HELP ME PLEASE!! ❤️
thanks for all the replies in advance! also, I weigh 62kg morning weight and im 1meter 80 centimeter. so superskinny, but also 10% higher bodyfat than i was as a kid, i'm 29 years old now. hope this information helps:
Normally last 2 months i eat about 1600-1800 calories on days I work (walking round 8 hours and moving some small boxes sometimes) on days at home i eat about 1200-1400 cals, I've been doing intermittend fasting the past 3 weeks 16/8, to create a caloric deficit.
Been only working out hard the past 1,5 weeks after having had a break from gym the past 3 months.. What can I do to fix my health and body pls?
1 should I stay in a heavy deficit and keep IF & working out hard 30 mins everyday in the 5-10 rep range?
2 eat at my normal maintanance ? like 2000 cals/day and keep working out hard 30 mins everyday in the 5-10 rep range?
3 Bulk and increase my visceral fat even more to unhealthy levels???
EVERY ANSWER IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED! ALL THE LOVE!

I am not qualified to give you advice on how to get more shredded however.
However eating 1200-1400 kcal a day, relative to your age, weight and height your Basal Metabolic Rate is 1605 kcal. This means to simply make your body function assuming zero activity, you need to eat 1605 kcal. Eating less than that on long term is bad, it can seriously impact your health.
You are not eating enough, you should increase your calorie intake. Being under BMR will not work to fix your body and heath, it will make things worse.
Your fat content is not unhealthy. 20% for a male is normal.

@SebWotan Great analysis. I would not be the best to give advice either. @SebWotan Welcome to the forums! I would first cut some weight and after you achieve your desired weight, I would then bulk up. Out of the three options you listed, I would go for the second one. However, I would suggest you seek nutritionist's advice. That would be the best.
Have a great day!
