Sugar Content

Do you know why Sugar is not listed as one of the nutrients when recording what you eat?

sugar isn't a nutrient. By itself, sugar is roughly 20 calories per tsp- maybe slightly less, but sugar is usually part of something else that you are logging calories and micro/macros for. It isn't a stand alone number. It is part of the carb make up of just about everything you eat, so using that number will include sugar.
