When customizing food...entering the nutrition values I have no decimal point. I have deleted the Fitbit App twice with no luck. This happened from the second to last update. I saw an update today and completed it. Still no decimal point. Note there is a decimal point when updating my weight. Could some please correct this. This is true for both my iPhone & New iPad. I have not do the update on my wife’s devices for fear of loosing the decimal point in her calculator.
Thanks, Jay

Now that your website no longer allows us to enter “New Food”…can we finally get the decimal added to the calculator in entry of new food on the Fitbit app…it was there a few years ago.
Thanks, Jay

I am having the same problem. I’m forced to round up or down to the nearest whole number, which skews the results.
PLEASE fix this.

There is no decimal point available when I enter my custom foods. I have to either round up or down to the nearest whole number, which skews my results.
The decimal used to be there. Did it disappear with an iOS update?
PLEASE fix this.

It’s a monumental pain no longer having the decimal point to create a custom food. When I first got my Fitbit, around August 2019, the decimal point was available when creating custom foods via the app, since about March this year, I have to open the website, it’s a real shame this option is no longer available via the app, in act I’m left wondering why the option to creat custom food is still available in the app, if you can’t use it except if you have a bar code on an item you happen to have in your database. This is extremely irritating and when it comes time to get a new tracker, I’m afraid Fitbit won’t be at the top of my list!

I am having exactly the same issue. When I go to enter a custom food, there is NO DECIMAL POINT in the keypad. Why? Is it that difficult to add a " . "?? And where did it go in the first place? I like to be as accurate as possible when adding a new food into my database, and for example, if the Saturated Fat is 7.5 grams, that's what I need to enter. Not 7, not 8. What happened to the decimal point?

I don't imagine this would be a difficult fix, but it bothers me that months have passed with no action.

When entering a custom food, I found that there was no decimal for the calorie entry, but for the macros it allowed me to use it. Not having it for the calories makes sense I guess, you typically do not have a fraction of a calorie on a nutrition label, but the macros definitely need to have that option.

This whole issue is very irritating because my food logging is completely inaccurate as I can't track any food that contains a decimal point, so something with 0.8 fat will show as 0 which is stupid.
