For me, I'm having some tuna mixed with tomates, onions and pickles with a little bit of mustard...and a side of broccoli.

leftover herb crusted pork tenderloin from last night, a couple handfuls of mixed greens with a dijon viniagrette and some red wine in a plastic dixie cup.
the first two say, "i'm fancy" and the last one says, "but i've got a bit of redneck in me".

I made some massive meal prepping (courtesy of Pinterest) so I made 100gr meatloaf cups, baked zucchinis with thyme butter and stir fried cauliflower with sauce
(I did about 4 hours of baking and made Quiche cups with mushrooms, scallions and parmesan, oatmeal cups with dried apricots, mini meatloaf cups, baked veggies, etc)

I'm FINALLY eating something for lunch. I've been competing all morning, so eating late. For me, it's about 20 brussle sprouts, chopped, cooked with 3 chopped slices of bacon.

I've got a fish pie in the oven right now. I've been craving fish pie for weeks, so today is the day! And a load of steamed carrots, peas and cauliflower to go with it.

Salad (lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber), a few olives, some tuna, a hard boiled egg, and a few anchovies and 10ml of salad dressing. And I too am having a glass of wine.
I live in australia in case you are wondering why I am having lunch at this time.
I love fish pie.

Salad greens with light buffalo ranch dressing and an apple! I onyl realized this morning as I was packing my lunch that I forgot to cook up some plain chicken breast to add some protein to my salad. I'm missing my protein.

I had courgette and Feta fritters, with cucumber, carrot sticks and tomotoes and a bowl of fruit salad ... adn the sun is out so i ate it outside 🙂

I had broccoli with some slices of chicken, boiled rice with corn and bread. It was a balanced and healthy meal.

My goodness you guys are making me sad about what I had for lunch today! I need to go grocery shopping to I scrimped in the pantry and ended up having 2 eggs, with 1/4c parmesan cheese melted on top, with a banana.
I thought it was an awesome lunch until I read the amazing delish things you guys are having lol
