Dinner tonight was half a large chicken breast, seasoned and cooked on the grill, a slice of provolone on top while it's still hot, and then two slices of avocado placed on the melted cheese. Really good.
Side dish was sauteed mushrooms which I didn't keep a close watch on. Not so good, assuming you don't like them crunchy.
