Banana or apple, --- if veggies it's carrot sticks, -- if nut/seeds it's handful of almonds or pumpkin seeds for a quick boost. If something a bit more filling maybe a bowl of oatmeal (old fashioned rolled oats with peanut butter mixed in). I also have granola that I make and just pour some in a bowl with a spool of yogurt on top. These are my "go to's"
We just got one of those Yonana machines so we can make banana "ice cream"...haven't tried it yet--tomorrow will be it's maiden voyage...planning bananas and raspberries with some cocoa powder....fresh fruit all the way, baby! ![]()
