5 dots on Inspire 3

I've only had my Inspire 3 for a week. Today I woke up and there are 5 dots across the screen. I cannot restart it. I cannot get the screen to change at all. It's completely charged. The dots look like this...solid grey dot, grey dot with black inside it, solid green dot, solid grey dot and solid grey dot. Called customer service, they could not help me. I have to answer an email and then send a photo to them. This sucks. Anyone have any fix?

@mbkayne In the Fitbit app on your phone you should be able to change the clock face. You don’t change it on the device, you change it in the app.

@mbkayne Hello! Have you tried to change the clock face in the Fitbit app? See if that resolves it.

Hi Heather,

Unfortunately I can't get the face to show anything other than the dots so I cannot even access the clock face.

I also tried to reboot it and that didn't work either. Nothing works. I'm so aggravated. I've only had it a week.

Thanks for the suggestion, though.
