Accessibility features are SO important! For instance, I have ataxia and I cannot double tap to use the water lock feature. From what I've seen, double tap is the only option for this. This is very frustrating! I might just have to get a new one where I can use all the features!

Hi, @WheelWalker , unfortunately I don’t think there is a work around for that particular feature (and I also find you have to tap it *really hard* to make it work! Having said that, as you may be aware, the “water lock” feature of the Fitbit does not actually in any way change the water resistance of the device. Its only function is to prevent splashing water from activating any screen tap features. So you may find that you don’t actually need to activate/deactivate the lock.
I agree that accessibility features are important. In this case the only thing I could suggest is you make a post in the Product Feedback area of the forum.
I am sorry not to have a better solution for you. Welcome to the Community Forums.
