@Steviekt If you are in the US, this happens every year, twice a year, switching between standard time and DST.

Having the same problem, has never happened before. Affecting both Inspire 3 and Charge 5. Have deleted app and reinstalled on phone. Can correct on PC, but after syncing it is wrong again. Ideas on how to get back to 9A to 6P instead of 'defaulting' to 12P to 9P!

Same problem on the West Coast. Times for sleep and activity all messed up and unable to fix. Spent 4 hours trying various fixes and nothing has worked.

Do you recall how long it took Fitbit to fix this problem in the past?

My Fitbit is back to being right. This morning I was able to set the Reminder to Move back to the hours I wanted and they have stayed. This SNAFU has not happened to me over the years (2010 to now) that I have used various Fitbits, but it affected both the Inspire 3 and the Charge 5.
