Today, I was prompted by the Fitbit-app to do an update. Not only my phone but also my Inspire 3 was updated. Now, it appears that the two devices do not communicate with each other any more. I did several restarts of my telephone to no avail. Help !

(I'm not allowed to post the complete version-number as I'm getting this kind of complaint:

I had to re-pair the Bluetooth-connection to get in sync again.
Before, I had also tried a restart of the Inspire 3 to no avail.
case closed ... thanks for your attention

I had the same issue after the recent update — my Inspire 3 stopped syncing with my Android as well. I tried clearing the cache, restarting Bluetooth, and even reinstalling the Fitbit app. What finally helped was removing the device and adding it back again. If you’re still running into problems, it might be worth looking into custom solutions. I found some full information here about companies that offer bespoke software development — some users have gone this route when standard fixes didn’t work. Hope this helps!
