I have changed my device from Inspire to Inspire 3 recently. Facing many problems with the new device. One of the major issue i have been facing is that Automatic exercise recognition with inspire clip not working. I will appreciate if anyone can help me solving this, since customer support was not. I have restarted my device multiple times as we as performed troubleshoot.

Thanks a lot for helping. I have been wearing Fitbit as clip since ten years and this is first time I faces this issue.
I have another issue with regards to smart track, regardless of how many steps I take, app shows me the reading (attaching picture). Is there something wrong with the settings?

Hi, @Sam_1999 Smart Track (not to be confused with "Mobile Track") is the auto-recognize function we were talking about earlier and is disabled.

@Sam_1999 Your screenshot is the Log Exercise page. You need to use this feature to get credit for things that are more intense than simple walking. Like @Gr4ndp4 wrote, SmartTrack is disabled when your Inspire 3 is in the On Body mode. In your screenshot, you chose Outdoor Bike. You would use this option if you ride a bike in the On Body mode.

Auto detect of exercises depends on recognizing the arm movements that happen durring specific exercises. Clipping tge tracker to your waist prevents your Inspire 3 from monitoring the movements of your arm.
