Bring back swimming laps in the exercise app on Inspire 3

I don’t understand why this new app doesn’t count swimming laps. The only reason I’m using this Inspire 3 watch is for that specific purpose.

Figuring out the number of laps based based on the distance I swim isn’t simple because my pool is 25 yards and the distance calculated is in kilometres so I have to convert kilometres to yards and divide by 25, which is doable, but a pain. And considering the app used to do this on its own, it’s a real shame that it’s not happening anymore. Please bring it back.

We truly appreciate your feedback, my best recommendation would be posting this idea in the Product Feedback board in the community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.

I'd like to leave Product Feedback on that page, but after clicking Share Feedback, I get to a page where I have to "Accept Terms" and I click the checkmark and click "Submit and Continue" and I never get to a new page where I can leave feedback. It didn't work last week when you replied and still doesn't work today. It doesn't work on Chrome or Safari.

I can’t even reply to the post and leave a comment because I cannot get beyond the page that is asking me to accept the terms. It wants me to accept terms before posting anything. And now the Fitbit is only sometimes posting swims to the app and sometimes they just disappear.

I found someone else having the same problem with the Product Feedback Terms and finally someone took this issue seriously and got the page fixed. Now I can leave feedback, finally.
