Calorie Burn Has Changed

Hi, I have been logging my calories eaten since July and I keep track of the difference between calorie burned vs calorie in. I write this difference down in a sheet to calculate my average over time as fitbit doesn’t do this. I have noticed that the values from previous days have changed which shouldn’t happen. Because the amount of food I logged stayed the same, the amount of calories burned must have changed. I have looked on other forums and people have said it could be a change in weight or age but I double checked these and nothing has changed. Any ideas why the calories out for past days would change months later?
