Calorie deficit not working

I’ve been tracking calories using the Fitbit app and had a set up of a 500 calorie deficit per day which was helpful. This feature no longer works - it was working fine until today. It will only default to a fixed calorie goal. Any ideas how to fix it please?

They are terrible with their handling of customers . No loyalty and they
make you jump through hoops !

David you need to respond to the people that are asking for an update. This is God awful customer service and will push many to drop FitBit

Looks like it’s fixed!!!  Mine is working now. Hopefully stays that way. Fingers crossed.

Mine isn’t working either.  There’s no app update that’s happened and not one waiting to update.  Without an app update it’s not going to work.

Thank you for your patience. We’ve found the cause of the issue and are currently fixing it.

Personalized calorie goals should now be showing up correctly. Please note that if you manually set a fixed goal as a temporary workaround, that fixed goal will remain until you change it.

You might still see an error message when creating or updating a food plan, but we expect to have this resolved within the next few days.

Hi, mine isn’t working. It’s reverting to a lower calorie setting than the one causing the initial error. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it still doesn’t work.

Still not working for me. Shows correctly for a split second (like before) but doesn’t stick. Glad it’s working for some.
