I’ve been tracking calories using the Fitbit app and had a set up of a 500 calorie deficit per day which was helpful. This feature no longer works - it was working fine until today. It will only default to a fixed calorie goal. Any ideas how to fix it please?

Mine still seems to be glitching, and only works sporadically. The dynamic setting stay, I see the calorie deficit, and then when I close and open the app again it goes right back to the static daily calorie goal. More than 2 weeks, 3-4 reach outs to the support team, and yet no proper solution

I am reluctant to say mission accomplished on behalf of all of us here in the Fitbit Community that have been contacting Fitbit about this calorie deficit glitch in the Matrix (definitely a first world problem) but I have cause to be cautiously optimistic that not only has Fitbit's Development Team figured out what the issue was, but seem to have fixed it. Kudos to Fitbit for stepping up!

Hopefully they will now work on repairing the weight entry issue where it changes your start weight and date to the current date and shows no weight loss.
