Is there anyway to connect the Inspire 3 to a Windows Computer? I had the Charge HR and have the toggle that worked great. Until January! Google ! It runs through Chrome. It is used for my 85 year old Dad who gets a lot of steps on our farm. He doen't own a phone! HELP!

Hello @papapruitt37 and welcome to the Community.  I’m sorry, but there is no way to sync with a computer.  If he has access to a wireless network, he can use a wi-fi iPad or Android tablet, as long as it meets the minimum requirements.
