What should Inspire 3 synchronize with?  And my watch doesn’t vibrate anymore?

Regarding the syncing inquiry, would you mind giving more details about your question? Are you having syncing difficulties? If so, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

As for the vibration motor, take a look at this help article Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?
