Can't accept Fitbit Challenges using Inspire 3

I cannot seem to accept a challenge from a Fitbit friend. When I push t(e accept challenge button, it says that page is showing a different trail, and I should start another journey. Any ideas?

Hi there, @Carolannmckee. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. @Odyssey13 Thanks for the piece of advice.

 

Invitees have 24 hours to accept an invitation. If you join after the challenge starts, your step data for the entire length of the challenge will count towards the challenge. To join to a new challenge: Open the Fitbit app, tap on the envelope on the top corner and check if you have an new challenge invitation under 'Notifications'.

Hi @Carolannmckee  challenges can only be accepted on a mobile device or compatible tablet. Could that be it?

It is my mobile device. It accepted me last week. Now I am in CA instead of PA. Could that be it?
