Can't access data

  • The app seems to be set up to deny access to any data. It took ages to figure out how to download it. (It absolutely is not where the instructions say it is) Now an app specifically designed for a phone won't let me open the data on my phone. What are you hiding fitbit? Why don't you want me to see my data?

Thank you for getting back to me. I've found the data now. It's absolutely not in a format that is useful to me. What I was looking for is a way of selecting specific data and downloading that. E.G, if I wanted to download my steps for yesterday. Instinctively I would go to my steps on the app and try to download the info from there. It seems to be a massive and very alienating design flaw in the app. Hopefully Fitbit are working to fix this glaring mistake.
