I cannot access the Fitbit app on my desktop. I enter my email and password but then get a message saying "Authorization Failed." The app works well on my phone.

Hi @bls5 Fitbit removed the ability to use a desktop app for Windows. You can see limited information on the dashboard online, but you can't sync. Your phone is the best way to sync and keep current on your stats.
