Can't manually add workout on app

When I try to add a workout manually, it keeps saying "enter a valid workout" no matter what activity I choose. I did pilates but also tried selecting others. It comes up with the message in red. Anyone else?

Hi, @Jonesy1977, welcome. I'm able to log and delete a "workout" in my Fitbit app. May I suggest you try these steps? Go to the Fitbit app on your phone settings (You do not mention if you have an Apple or Android phone) Force stop the app & clear the cache. Try to log an Activity again. If this does not work try a more extensive reset of the Fitbit app by deleting it & reloading it on your phone. Sync your Fitbit app.>In your phone settings, go to the Fitbit app>force stop>clear storage & cache>go to connected devices & "forget your Inspire 3">Uninstall the Fitbit app>RESTART YOUR PHONE>go to the app store & reload the Fitbit app & set it up with your Google account. Note that manually logged or deleted activities may not immediately appear/disappear on the "Today" screen and you may need to sync manually.

I hope this helps, please post here again & let us know how you get on.

Cheers

Thanks for your suggestions. I'm on Android. Weirdly, I cleared the cache and tried to log an imaginary activity for today and it worked. I then went to yesterday and tried to log my pilates and it wouldn't work, then I tried to log one for today and it wouldn't work again.

I think I may need to try a reinstall tomorrow as it's getting late here in the UK.
