Can't sync with my walker tracker app

I'm using mine for a marathon for work where I could win some money, but it wasn't updating on my walker tracker app so i deleted both apps and restarted my phone and nothing changed. I then desynced from the app and tried to resync and it comes up with an error saying invalid information given from the app? It looks like it happens on other apps too and I have no answers on what to do.

Hi, @madxali , you may be able to get some help for this on the support pages of the Walker Tracker app.  You can see the instructions for linking here .  It is usually helpful first to revoke permissions for the link and then restart from fresh.
