Hi support,
I have a child that is 15 years old and a half, and she has an Inspire 3 which she would like to add to her Fitbit app. Her account has been removed from supervision with the help of Google support since 2 weeks ago, and I can see there isn't any more supervision from the FamilyLink web page.
However, she is still unable to add anything apart from Ace devices to her iPhone Fitbit app.
I have tried to log in as her in my own phone's Fitbit app, and I can see still only Ace devices can be paired, so that confirms her Fitbit/Google account needs to be looked into.
How can I get some help?

Thanks for all the input. While the product is not perfect, the community especially those who are parents are amazing here.
I have spent like 1.5hrs with a Fitbit support person over the chat function. She tried to confirm if the supervision function is removed, we tried removing my child from the family group, we tried offloading the app from the iPhone, etc.
We couldn't get the account upgrade function to appear in my child's Fitbit app.
It seems the Google account is stuck in the kids view no matter what.
At the end, I just created a new GMail account for my child.
Thanks again everyone.

Hi @eytng Here is the link to Fitbit Support. I hope you get the help you need. To be complete, where do you live? The age is 16 and up in some countries, due to their more stringent privacy protection laws.

@eytng That is my understanding, too. There are some EU countries where the age is 16.

@eytng I'm happy that you got your child's Inspire 3 set up. You mentioned the kid view. But that is a feature of the Ace series, not on the Inspire or any 'adult' model. I wonder how you wound up there.
