Setting up brand new Inspire 3. Trying to change clock face but instructions don't match what shows up on Today icon.

@1willymac , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 
I'm not quite sure, where in the instructions are you stuck. Or isn't as described in the article as in the app. 

I assume that you already migrated to Google Account, right?

If you try the following.

  1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > devices icon/ profile picture>  Inspire 3.
  2. Tap Gallery>  Clocks tab.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want> Install.

I've got that far but it won't install a new clock face.

BTW, there is no gallery.

To see what you are looking at, could you please attach a picture where we can recognize that the gallery is missing.
