Hi! I've been trying to change the workout preferences so my daily picks show me different exercises, but I can't find any information online. Any help would be appreciated

In the Fitbit app, tap your profile icon, Fitbit settings, activity, personalized workouts. You can choose workout types and preferred intensity from there.

Though might have a bug currently, my workouts haven't been updating.....

Hi, @AJH1221 , I am not sure I understand your question.  Do you mean the list of exercises available on your Inspire 3 itself?  The list of exercises will be displayed with your most recent activities at the top of the list and you will need to scroll down to find different ones.

If I have misunderstood your question please do post again with a little more information, if possible.
