Daily readiness doesn’t work keep saying calibrating

I have a new Fitbit inspire 3 and I’m signed up for premium. However the daily readiness keeps saying wear for 7 more nights to calibrate, but I have already worn it for 2 weeks. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app
