My Inspire 3 no longer changes day at Midnight & each morning I have to physically swipe to next day even though the app shows ‘yesterday’. Also when counting steps it sticks in high 240s & I can count 20 or more additional steps before it moves to 250. Sometimes it doesn’t even do this & I miss target.

I'm guessing it's the phone app that's not changing day for you, not the Inspire 3, if you can swipe to next day. Right?  Still a pain but it would make a difference in what to try to fix.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi

Yes thank you & my apologies. It is app that I have manually to swipe to next day.

It is however the Inspire 3 that seems to dislike the high 240’s for hourly steps.

I have reset the Fitbit & switched off phone without any improvement in functions

Regards & thanks

@AW67   There is a known issue with the iPhone version of the app.  You open the app and it shows yesterday's totals, even though it says Today.  Fitbit is aware of the issue, but there is no time frame given for a fix.  You tap the back arrow to go back, then the forward arrow or the calendar to get to the real Today.

I don't have an answer or any suggestions to help you reach your 250 steps without it lagging on your device.
