I have 2 Inspire 3s. An old one and a new one I just got and set up. Both are set up identically. My old Inspire 3 uses the Highlight clock face (purple) and shows all my steps > 10,000 (e.g., 11,267). My new Inspire 3 also uses the Highlight clock face (purple), but does not show all steps > 10,000 (e.g., 10.6k).
I have tried installing a different clock face on my new Inspire 3 and all steps show fully and correctly (e.g., 10,672). When I reinstall the Highlight clock face (any color), it goes back to showing partial steps over 10,000 (10.6k).
This is so frustrating because literally every setting is identical between the two devices and the old one is updated, so there’s literally nothing different about them. Except this.
I have forgotten the device through the Fitbit app and my phone’s Bluetooth and re-paired it. No luck. I have reset the tracker. No luck. I have re-synced the device. No luck. I have changed clock faces and reinstalled this one. No luck. I have cleared all user data from the device (factory reset). No luck.
Does anyone have any ideas??
