Wasted a whole day trying to get fitbit set up on new iphone and ipad. Turns out the less than year old Inspire3 is a POC. At first could not get health data set up in app - now the wrist isn't recording heart data and time/date have gone wonky. Tossed this piece of garbage where it belongs and ordered a watch from Apple - at least they are somewhat responsive when stuff goes south. Will NEVER !!!! buy another thing from these (in my opinion) scammers. Do not waste your money

Do t blame Fitbit, google owns it now and the inspire3 does not give them access to your entire life so they do not support it.

I'm sorry you are having so much frustration with your Inspire 3. Mine has worked seamlessly from Day 1. I did have to research on these forums on how to properly configure it though (Android). One tip, you cannot pair your Fitbit with two mobile devices, only one. That might be your problem?
I hope you have better luck with Apple watch

I shan’t buy another fitbit when this one dies. Support never helped me, even before Google took over, and sleep data bears no relation to my sleep. And I can’t even discover how to start a new thread on the forum to mention the problem!
does count my steps, don’t know how accurately….
