Trying to add Inspire 3 purchased in the USA to the Fitbit app on Samsung Galaxy in India for the first time. Actions so far.
This pattern repeated multiple times. Advice highly appreciated.

Thank you so much for responding. Please note that Fitbit device was never successfully paired with the phone. It is not in the list of paired devices.
After spending an inordinate amount of time on trying to resolve this issue, I gave up and bought a new Pixel phone to replace the Galaxy M30. Hopefully I will have an easier time with it.
