Fiit App for Inspire 3

I’m trying to connect the Fiit App to my Inspire 3 to record my workouts but I don’t have an ‘apps’ option within my Fitbit App.

Ive tried uninstalling the FitBit app and unisntalling the device from the app but I only have “gallery” and “how to use”

Hi, @KatGurney if you have set up your inspire 3 then it will already be connected.

Please open your Fitbit app and from the opening Today screen please click on the icon top left (smartphone and watch).  The next screen will show you which devices are connected. If you see your Inspire 3 there then it is already connected.  If you do not see it, then please click on Add Devices and follow the instructions from there.

I hope this helps, but if not, please post again with as much extra information as you can provide.  There is always someone here to help.  Welcome to the Community Forums!

Hi Julia,

it’s not the Fitbit app but the ‘Fiit’ app. I’ve got a free membership for 12 months with ‘Fiit’ which is linked from my vitality insurance.

Hi @KatGurney   Any integration will start on the Fiit side.  According to this Fiit article, the Inspire 3 isn't a compatible tracker.  I don't have personal experience with Fiit.  You need to search for a Fiit FAQ site for more help or see if they have a chat option.
