I'm in the Markey for a device that will track time slent Awake, Light Sleep, REM, and Deep Sleep. I see that Fitbits can track those 4 things, but I can't find any specific information on whether it tracks those for free, or if they require a paid subscription. Thanks!
Best AnswerHello @l1ovel and welcome to the Community. The sleep stages are free and don't require a subscription. You can read more about Fitbit sleep stages in this Fitbit Blog article. All of the images in the article are on one long page.

@LZeeW , Thank you for your help.
@LilyLambchop , Nice to have you back. You are right, depending on the Fitbit device that you purchase you could get 6 month Premium. Just you get more information with the Premium subscription added to the sleep stages registered by the Inspire 3. More about this can be read here.
@l1ovel , A warm welcome to the Community ! Thank you for your message.
With the free Fitbit App you'll get the sleep stages (if the Fitbit supports it) .
Try wearing the Inspire 3 for at least 4 nights to get your benchmarks. Make sure that your heart rate is being recorded during your sleep.
