Fitbit Inspire 3 display not working

My display had lines through it so I restarted it several times as advised.  It didn’t seem a lot better and just kept going black and I had to keep restarting it.  I then changed the clock.  The display has now just gone fuzzy, I can’t read anything.

Sad to hear your Inspire 3 is giving you such trouble. As restarting your device didn't get it to function properly, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get further assistance:
