Fitbit app deletes data from Inspire 3

Right after the gym today I synced my inspire 3 on the Fitbit app. Next thing I know all my progress is gone. I tried deleting the app unsyncing inspire 3 restarting inspire 3 and NOTHING has helped! If anyone can help me I’d really appreciate it as this has literally ruined my day

Thank you for taking the time to share with me the information regarding the difficulty that you are now experiencing with Inspire 3. Thank you for trying to fix it on your own. 

Please, try to follow the steps listed below:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Offload the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if your data is available now.

Thanks for the advice. I actually called the support line and apparently my data is gone for good as I had not synced it in a couple weeks so the information automatically wipes out after the first sync after a while
