Inspire 3 not syncing

My inspire 3 nevers syncs automatically I have to manually do it all the time

I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is not syncing automatically. 

Each time you open the Fitbit app, your device syncs automatically when it's nearby. Additionally, it is necessary to verify if the Fitbit app is authorized to run in the background on your phone; that helps to sync automatically during the day.

How do i check this?  I didn’t see anything in the health article about it

Hi @katjane!  Thank you for your reply.  

To verify if your Fitbit app is running in the background please try this: 

  • Enter your mobile settings.
  • Find Fitbit App
  • Swipe down and look for "Update in background"
  • Verify that background execution is authorized.

if it is called background app refresh then it is clicked on
