Thank you for reporting this. Our team has worked on it and this issue has been fixed. 

Please make sure to have the latest Fitbit app version: 4.62.1 that is slowly being released and available on the Play Store.

Hi, @Sommersby, Welcome to the community. Try looking at the Fitbit app in your phone settings. Force stop and clear the cache, then go back to the Fitbit Icon and try opening it again. Still stuck? Sync your Fitbit app (If you can). Go to the Fitbit app in your phone settings, force stop, Clear storage, & uninstall. RESTART YOUR PHONE. Go to the App Store & reload the Fitbit app, sign in with your Google account and set up as required. Please post here again & let us know how you get on.
