Fitbit inspire 3 benchmark not working

While there are many similar posts to this, it seems nothing is being done by Google to fix this. My sleep benchmark no longer works. The app crashes everytime I click on it. 
yes, my app is up to date (4.44). Yes, my Fitbit is up to date (214.24). Yes, I tried deleting the app and downloading it again. Nothing is working. I feel scammed that I don’t get to use a feature my watch is supposed to have. 

GOOGLE DEVELOPERS PLEASE HELP.

@Tammypavvy this seems like more of an issue with the app than with your Fitbit. Which phone are you using and which version of Android or iOS? There is info here about device compatibility that may be helpful.

It says I need iOS 16.4 or higher. My iOS is 16.7. My phone (iPhone X) is not one of the ones listed with compatibility issues, so it shouldn’t be an issue with my phone or operating system.
