Fitbit insprire 3 won't display

There's nothing on the display except 5 dots at the top the one in the middle is green. It appears to be monitoring my metrics and syncing with my phone, as the app shows heart rate data. But nothing but dots on the watch's display.

Hi, @Dnicc , I would recommend first giving your Fitbit a Restart .  A restart can solve many issues.  I would also suggest Changing the clock face .  You can do this in the app, and the instructions for both the restart and changing the clock face are in the links I shared.  If changing the clock face solves your issue you can return to the previously chosen clock face if you prefer.
