Hi, @Beans2, welcome to the community, if we are going to help you we will need much more information. What is the make & model of your mobile phone? Are you talking about an Inspire 3? Have you paired your Inspire 3 with the Fitbit app on your phone? Have you been able to sync your Inspire 3 with the Fitbit app on your phone? Is your Inspire 3 charged? Can you see anything on the Inspire 3 screen or is it completely dark?
