After this morning crash of Fitbits APP, it has been restored on my phone. However, it says my Bluetooth is turned off on my phone, and it is NOT!
turned off Bluetooth and back on again, then reconnected Fitbit to no avail. Will reboot phone for the 100th time today.

Hi there, @inc1961. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 3 before reaching out.

In addition to the steps you've attempted, please try the following steps:

  • Unpair your Inspire 3 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Inspire 3.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Inspire 3.
  • Once your Inspire 3 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Is this an iPhone or Android?  I have no trouble pairing with my iPhone (11) but cannot pair with my Android tablet.  It doesn't even see the Inspire.  I have tried all the suggestions to no avail.  Not a huge deal but disappointing.  The tablet sees my cheap no-name tracker from Amazon when it's in another room but not the Inspire when it's inches away.
