Inspire 3 not tracking exercise

My Inspire 3 isn't consistently recording my exercise. It tracked my exercise for a week in mid-February, but not since. I've exercised this week, but my exercise still says "0 of 5 days." I have tried changing the duration down to 10 minutes for walking. Frustrating!

My unit records steps but no heart rate data, I can’t do a reset.
