I have been wearing a Fitbit Inspire 3 since January 2, 2023. It is now February 20, 2023. In the Fitbit app, there is a section titled Health Metrics where the device is supposed to report your Breathing Rate, Heart Rate Variability, Skin Temperature, Oxygen Saturation and Resting Heart Rate. In all this time, it has reported the last three items quite regularly but I have only received a report on Breathing Rate once and I have never received any type of report for Heart Rate Variability. Because these items aren’t reported, I never receive a Readiness Score. I have been on live chat at least 8 times with promises that the issue will be addressed by an elevated support team. I have been told that I will receive an email from them and this has yet to happen. I have followed each of the instructions provided in the live chat as well as suggestions I have found online. Still nothing has solved the problem and I really don’t believe that there is any such thing as an elevated support team. I cannot believe the company’s total lack of attention to customer satisfaction! If you buy this, pray that you don’t require customer service. It’s deplorable!

You are the second person to respond in similar fashion to my post. It seems that their product, their app and their customer service/support are all sub-standard.

This is the same problem I am having except it randomly records or does not record the health metrics. Fitbit support team in the past had been great but not not. Very disappointing

I am having a similar problem. Additionally my Fitbit Inspire 3 fails to record my activities. I did not have this issue with the inspire 2.
