Hi, 

I was wondering if there’s anyway to make it so my Inpsire 3 Fitbit gives me a notification immediately after my heartbeat exceeds a threshold. Not just the 10 minute inactivity notification.

Or alternatively if people know of any apps that sync with a Fitbit that have good heart rate alerts.

Hello @Imogenro and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but that feature doesn't exist on any Fitbit model.  I don't know about other apps.  I hope someone else chimes in with information that might help you.

@Imogenro , A warm welcome to the Community . It seems that there is a missunderstanding with the feature you read about. 

The feature you want is the heart rate notification. This feature will notify you when we detect that your heart rate is outside of your high or low thresholds while you appear to be inactive for at least 10 minutes.
