My Inspire 3 HR is inaccurate most of the time I tried the reset and turning the HR off and back on.
Very disappointed. This is my third product from FB and I am looking what to do to get an accurate reading. My FB will say my HR is 112 resting and I’ll take my blood pressure and that device will read at 60 HBPM…….Anyone else experience this? Or got a solution?
Thanks,
Mark

Hi, @Marky_Mark, welcome to the community, you may be interested in this article How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? There are others in the community much more knowledgeable on the issue of HR than I am. Your wrist HR LED array/sensor measures color changes in the skin to determine HR whereas a BP monitor (or chest band) uses different methods. I compare my Fitbit resting HR with alternative wrist-mounted devices using the same light sensor type and get a very similar result in each.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

I had the same problem. Support no help. HR all over the map. No relation to pulse ox that I compared it with. Twenty or Thirty points higher often. Returning as no good. None of the reset steps made any difference whatsoever. I wish they had Quality Control before they were sent out to sellers and we could trust that they would work when they arrived but alas! no.

I am very disappointed with the HR detection of my Inspire 3. I play tennis regularly and not only does it not detect that I played tennis, as my Inspire 2 always did, the HR detection is nothing like what I experience. I finish a long strenuous rally and my HR is in the 'Fat Burn' range when I know I am in the Cardio range and reached Peak. Other times the HR will register Cardio when I am barely pushing it. The HR during sleep is also much less realible that with Inspire 2, in that once a week or so it doesn't get a heart beat sufficient to generate a score. I've tried restarting, swithching wrists, snugging up -- nothing helsp. I never had these issues with Inspire 2, I think I will go back to it even though I can't read the screen in daylight.
