Heart rate on app not working

Help!! 
for about a week now my heart rate section in the app isn’t displaying right , I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling, removing my watch from the app and re adding it , restarting my phone and watch  and none of it has worked  please help !! 😞

Please, make sure that you are using the latest version of the app.

Try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

• Log out from the Fitbit app.
• Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
• Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
• Check if the issue is still happening.

I have tried what you suggested but it still doesn’t work 😞 anything else I could try
