I get no information for the heart rate zone. Each time I tap anything to do with heart rate the app crashes. I even bought a new inspire 3 (I thought it was my old Fitbit) which is frankly making me quite angry that it’s the same problem. I communicated this a couple of months ago to tech support and did all of the things I was instructed to (check settings, delete app reinstall app restart phone) nothing worked. They said they were going to escalate the report to a higher level of care. I see for many comments, we are still without it. the iOS app heart rate zones bar graph for activities/exercise periods. I found it extremely helpful for my training. I’m about to move to another exercise tracking company. I saw this issue first reported six months ago.
